Tioga Road (continuation of Highway 120 through the park) and Glacier Point Road are closed for the season. They typically open in late May or June.
If you'll be visiting this winter, please check road conditions by calling 209/372-0200 (then 1, 1). Tire chains may be required at any time: https://go.nps.gov/chains

I don't give out specific route information, my belief is that it takes away from the whole adventure spirit of a trip, if you need every inch planned out, you'll have to get that from someone else.
