I just read that Tioga road has reopened.

Tioga road might be open; Glacier came off earlier yesterday.
The alert came off the page today: http://www.nps.gov/yose/planyourvisit/tioga.htm

Caltrans still shows 120 closed, but they are reporting on a section of road they don't control.

Call the Park first.
