Leave me alone with the stuffed bunny, and he's fair game too.
Oh my?!

We'd better move this back to pretty campsites:

What a terrible place for your mind to go. I'm sure that bunny has a tag or a few loose threads somewhere, but I could also probably take that tent tag and fashion him a fantastic custom rain shell using my multi-tool.

Yes, beautiful pics all. Sorry for the diversion. I was bored.

I apologize too. The devil makes work for idle minds.

But you have to admit that it's a very cute little bunny, and those loooooong winter nights.

On the ridge below Red Lake Peak. (note the similarity between the tent and Elephant Back Peak.)

Lions Fire skies above the Copper Spur, somewhere to the left of this scene, which was my camp after grabbing a resupply box a few miles up the valley at Reds.

Plans for a 2019 trek are beginning to form, likely solo with the same tent again, mid August, somewhere between Yosemite and Whitney, hoping to hit a few areas I had to skip last year, plus some all new routes to connect the classics

Am I allowed to slip in a non-Sierra camp shot since I spent last summer in Wyoming?

Hikerchick395,

That's a great shot- and campsite! Is it somewhere above Pine Creek's "Granite Park?" ... or Muir Crest? I feel like I should recognize it.

....I certainly should've- it's Tyndall, and I've been up it twice, and past by here almost as often as Hobbes! My mind was fogged by late nights with an Irish visitor-Him and his bloody National drink! :drinkers:
