Apple Cider Vinegar and Foot Care

Post by Hetchy »

Apple Cider Vinegar HAS the ability to extinguish Atheletes foot fungus.
Soaking your feet in a large pot of a cup of Apple cider vinegar and 4 cups of hot water has the distinct ability to rid you of the itch and underlying cause of Tinea Pedis(Atheletes Foot). This remedy is a proven fact and an excellent foot toner for those that have healthy feet besides. In as much as it discourages further fungal growth and aids the toenails against same.
The one caveat is that it smells.. well it IS Acetic acid you have to thank for that. And that is the active agent responsible for your relief as well.
All vinegars contain acetic acid, a very effective anti-fungal agent.
But I speak of Apple cider vinegar because I know this works.. for no other reason.
Ops, the boss just called.. and I got Monday off.. I am gonna do self arrest training on the beach.. good day 'cause there are few tourists.
Any how, I cannot say enough about the effect of a nice hot soak of the feet in a bath of Applecider vinegar. Keeps the feet tough, yet soft enough to eliminate cracking and absolututley fatal to atheletes foot fungus.
You can make more money, but you can't make more time.
