Layers on HST map not loading when full size

Layers on HST map not loading when full size

Hi,
There seems to be a problem getting the layers, ie. cross-country passes, mosquito levels etc. to appear when the HST map is viewed full size. This occurs in both Chrome and IE11 and persists after a hard refresh. See attached screenshot which shows the animated clock thing below the scale adjuster.
