High Sierra Topix

Thanks for this advice, and now once again I am struggling and cursing at the computer for all the seeming difficulty in downloading my photos from my recent trip. I finished the text for the report and placed in a "draft" here, but now cannot follow your advice because I cannot seem to find the "upload attachments/Insert photos" place?!

Where is that "editor" place to be found in a draft, so I can proceed to Insert photos? Itried to look for tech support, or to find a forum thread on this, to no avail. You were nice enough to give the the above advice, I wonder if you might help again?
