The forum appears to be on Daylight Savings time. Does this ever change?

you have to change that yourself in the user control panel..

I noticed that yesterday and took it off of daylight savings. It seems the point of that tick mark would be to have it auto adjust or not. Doesn't seem to work the way I think it ought to ;-)
