Re: What Features Would You Like?
I was looking around on another forum and I noticed this feature. By just holding the cursor over the thread title gives a preview of the first post in the thread. Pretty cool feature that may help along with the similar threads at the bottom when looking for a certain topic.

Interesting feature. That site uses vBulletin (paid script, for which we don't have the scratch for), and we run phpBB (free script) but I'll search around to see if there's an equivalent MOD.zacjust32 wrote:I was looking around on another forum and I noticed this feature. I would like to be able to enter a longer Title string for a post. Seems like we have the real estate on the page to do that for the title.

Hello,
One thing I'd like to see is on individual posts/topics with multiple pages is an option to click a button that shows all posts in single page rather than shuffling through multiple pages.

Re: What Features Would You Like?
I searched around a bit and it doesn't appear that there is an easy way to implement something like that on this particular forum software.

Re: What Features Would You Like?
A suggestion - not sure how many share my thoughts:
It seems like there are "too many" subforums on this site. This IMO might lead to a relative lack of participation for TRs and weather updates. It seems like all backpacking/hiking/peak bagging topics might be subsumed into one index. I'm constantly moving between backpacking/hiking and peak bagging to get info whereas other sites have one "Trip Reports" forum and one "General Discussion" forum.
YMMV, just 1 perspective

How about a strike-through font script? We have Bigger and colored text, along with bold, italic, and underlined, strike-through shouldn't be that hard to add.
