This might be the most boring video of Summit City you will ever see, but since I've been there and am bored after mowing 2 acres, I thought I'd share. If you watch the video, it'll take to to other videos of ghost towns.
What I haven't seen is a picture of the sign marking the "city." I saw it 44 years ago when there. Wood rots and avalanches happen. ;)

This one was interesting as well..
