Any beta on SE Yosemite trails?

Post by potatopants »

Hello. In 10 days, I'm heading in via Rafferty Creek and traveling south past Washburn Lake along the Merced River, then to Red Peak Pass, and then backtracking, and heading north via the "High Trail" and out via Lyell Canyon.

YNP published this helpful map that shows most of my intended route hasn't been cleared by crews: https://www.nps.gov/yose/planyourvisit/wildcond.htm. If anyone has been in this area recently and can share any beta, please let me know. Any info about downfall from the Mono wind event, water, and general trail conditions would be appreciated.

I went up Fletcher Creek last week (Merced Lake to Rafferty), one blow down over the trail. Climb over or crawl under. Rest of the way was clear.
