Missing woman in Yosemite

Post by jessegooddog »

Ann Lory was last seen at her residence in Foresta, California, on November 22, 2013. It is believed that Lory went for a walk in the area of Old Coulterville Road and Big Oak Flat Road.

Lory is a 60-year-old white female with grey hair. She is 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighs approximately 110 pounds. A description of her clothing or equipment is unknown.

If you see Ann Lory OR were in the area of Old Coulterville Road, please contact Yosemite National Park Dispatch at 209/379-1992.

How sad, I hope she gets found very quickly.

Found. She had sustained unspecified injuries, but is receiving medical attention.

Thank goodness.

Great news!

I don't give out specific route information, my belief is that it takes away from the whole adventure spirit of a trip, if you need every inch planned out, you'll have to get that from someone else.

My wife and I were walking over to the Royal Arches yesterday (Nov 25) when we saw a CHP helo land in Ahwahnee Meadow next to some of the search personnel. Ann had just been found. We talked to Ann's sister and friend who seemed confident that Ann will be OK. Good news!
