Not good for the Feather river or salmon fishermen. [-(

Multiple ways to look at the outcome in 2020-2021.
Positive: fish could be larger than normal (Sac, Feather, American, Moke, etc) but smaller numbers due to less competition. Also, fewer jacks in 2019.
Negative: could close the Feather down for two years, putting more pressure on the stocks from the other rivers.

Either way, you would think they would have some type of oxygen sensor connected to an alarm if levels got too low, to prevent a catastrophe like this from happening.
