Storm hitting the Central and southern Rockies

Post by Wandering Daisy »

The central Rockies are 55% snow covered this morning 10/9/18, although only average 1.5 inches. More snow on the way.

Storm now has also moved into the northern Rockies. I remember living in Wyoming, that even in town, at lower elevations, October snows often marred my kids Halloween, making dressing up as princesses, a bit tricky while walking through snow! But hunters love the snow to track the elk.
