Bay Area Ridge Trail

I don't give out specific route information, my belief is that it takes away from the whole adventure spirit of a trip, if you need every inch planned out, you'll have to get that from someone else.

My favorite "go-to" hike in my area is at 'Purisima Creek Redwoods Preserve" and is part of Bay Area Ridge Trail. It has it all; great views, redwoods, streams, mini waterfalls and some decent elevation gain for training purposes. And for some reason it gets much less use than other trails/parks in the area. There is a 12 mile loop that I do and if I get there early I may see only a couple of people the whole time.

Shhh, the only Redwoods in the Bay Area are in Muir Woods.

The link doesn't work for me. Here is a link that works: https://www.benzinga.com/pressreleases/ ... ls-in-2021

Also, it is better to avoid amp links.
