Whiskey Ck in Bishop/Mammoth closed?

Grab your bear can or camp chair, kick your feet up and chew the fat about anything Sierra Nevada related that doesn't quite fit in any of the other forums. Within reason, (and the HST rules and guidelines) this is also an anything goes forum. Tell stories, discuss wilderness issues, music, or whatever else the High Sierra stirs up in your mind.

Whiskey creek, Rossi's in Big Pine, BBQ Bills' in Bishop. We are getting hit hard with the lack of Skiers/snowboards and it will only get worse with none of lakes full. Fishing is going to limited. Water effects all aspects of life. We really feel it on the east side. I saw a wild horse starving and dieing the other day. A friend caught a Mountain Lion trying to get to his peacocks. This drought has to end....... Please!
I'm no suture for my future.

Ouch, that subtracts two go-to places of mine on the East Side. I'm a bit surprised seeing that the brewery itself seems to be doing well with distribution all over the place (big selection of their beers at Von's in Fresno, for example).
Since my fishing (etc.) website is still down, you can be distracted by geology stuff at: http://www.fresnostate.edu/csm/ees/facu ... ayshi.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
