national Sierra Club

Grab your bear can or camp chair, kick your feet up and chew the fat about anything Sierra Nevada related that doesn't quite fit in any of the other forums. Within reason, (and the HST rules and guidelines) this is also an anything goes forum. Tell stories, discuss wilderness issues, music, or whatever else the High Sierra stirs up in your mind.

The national Sierra Club just sent a message to all of its chapters and members. All activities are officially cancelled indefinitely.

Not necessarily a bad thing. I never had much respect for club sierra.

I’m a life member but haven’t given them a cent since they **** down all the RCS chapters nationally in the 80’s. Somehow I didn’t get this announcement. 😉
