Hmmm. No problems with A1C. But moderation in all things. I'm the one guy at the wine tasting who spits every wine...

Not bragging at all-- entertaining! You obviously know a lot about wine Paul... did you know that the wine can react with the cork, and go bad?

A classic. I was once part of a big campaign on behalf of the cork industry for quite a few years to educate wineries on how to use their corks so this would be less of a problem...

I have a whole lecture on wine on the screen---both TV and movies. Lots of good stuff there.
