Klymit sells a lot of their pads on eBay. Pretty good prices if i remember correctly.

The cut pad is heat sealed with an Iron, no sewing involved.

My wife has a Big Agnes Q-core SLX petite and we both really like it. That's what I would get for myself if I hadn't already spent so much money on my NeoAir. I know that 20 inches seems narrow, and generally it is, but the lengthwise tubes really help you stay in position, especially with the outer ones being larger in diameter. I'm generally a side sleeper as well. I'm 5'10" (70 inches), but the 66 inch length of the petite is just fine for me.
