Every time I send or receive a personal message, two posts appear. How do I fix that?

This is happening when you receive PMs from someone else as well? How long has this been going on? I'm going to send you a test PM. If anyone else is experiencing this same issue, please reply here and let me know so we can confirm whether or not this is a problem for more than one member.
