Looking for a ride into Desolation Wilderness

Hi everyone, my partner and I are German hikers and are looking for a ride somewhere from the Bay Area to the Desolation Wilderness or even Yosemite. We would also be happy to join a group that are going hiking for 3-5days. We are fairly flexible with the depature but sometime around the 18th October. We would be happy to share the gas, of course!
