Trip Advice: McGee Pass to Iva Bell

Hi All,
Planning to visit Iva Bell Hotsprings via McGee Creek with an exit at Red's Meadow. I'll be traveling with my dog. Anyone have any idea how the snow will be over the pass, or how the crossings at Fish Creek are?
