Instead of emailing or messaging the Admins or Mods with technical support questions or comments about the site, we prefer you check here to see if someone else has had the same difficulty or has made the same suggestion. What you're after might have already been posted and addressed here or within the FAQ. If not, please post a detailed description of the problem/suggestion and someone from the HST team will address your needs shortly. FYI
I'm trying to upgrade the email settings the forum software uses to send emails to users in response to notifications/registrations/etc...the goal is to better ensure 1) proper email delivery, and b) that there's some mechanism to know when delivery fails. I anticipate this will be a process of experimentation given the number of different hosts the HST user-base uses and how they may each slightly differ in behavior. Have already been getting a few notifications of undelivered emails (a step in the right direction to solve (b)) so apologies for the inconvenience.
Feel free to reply to this thread if you feel an email should have been received but was not.
